It is widely used in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgical, environmental protection, and electroplating.     1、 Core feature: Adapt to corrosive requirements
    1. Strong corrosion resistance: The material is crucial and should be selected according to the concentration and temperature of the storage medium——
          Plastics (commonly used): such as polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), resistant to most weak acids and bases (such as dilute hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide solution), low cost, light weight, suitable for storage at room temperature and low pressure;
          Fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP): has stronger corrosion resistance, can withstand medium concentrations of acid and alkali (such as 30% sulfuric acid), has higher strength than plastic, and is suitable for larger volumes (10-100m 3);
          Metals (special scenarios): such as stainless steel (316L, weakly corrosion-resistant), titanium alloy (strongly corrosion-resistant, such as concentrated nitric acid), but with high cost, mostly used in high temperature or high pressure conditions;
          Glass lined: The inner wall is coated with a glass layer, which is resistant to strong corrosion and suitable for the pharmaceutical and food industries (clean and free of impurities).
    2. Safety protection design:
          Leak prevention: Strengthen the sealing at the welding points of the tank body, and use corrosion-resistant gaskets for the interfaces (feed/discharge ports, breathing ports); Large storage tanks are equipped with "leak proof trays" to prevent the spread of leaked liquids;

          Avoid storing high temperature and strong alkali in fiberglass tanks (such as sodium hydroxide solution above 80 ℃, which may soften the resin layer);
          Before storage, it is necessary to clarify the concentration and temperature of the medium to avoid the risk of leakage caused by "misuse of materials".
