1. Structural composition
It is mainly composed of tubular heaters, evaporation tanks, circulation pipes, and other ancillary equipment. Some are also equipped with condensers, coolers, liquid receiving drums, etc., and may also have gas-liquid separators, liquid traps, etc.
2. Working principle
The liquid is sucked in by vacuum and heated to boiling point inside the heater tube. Part of the water vaporizes, converting thermal energy into upward kinetic energy. Meanwhile, due to the significant difference in density between the gas-liquid mixture inside the heating tube and the non boiling liquid in the circulation tube, natural circulation of the liquid is induced by the expansion kinetic energy and density difference. The more heat the liquid receives, the more intense the boiling, and the faster its circulation speed. The secondary steam evaporated is collected by a wire mesh demister and a liquid trap, and then condensed by the water spray of a hydraulic jet pump before being carried away. After centrifugal rotation, the liquid in the evaporator returns to the lower part of the heater along the outer circulation pipe for recirculation heating and evaporation.

4. Performance characteristics

Easy to clean: A quick opening top cover is installed on the top of the heater, a circular spray cleaning water pipe is installed on the upper part of the air filter screen in the evaporator tank, and a manhole is provided on the evaporator tank body for cleaning the inner wall of the tank.
Easy to observe: Light holes and mirrors are installed on the top of the heater and evaporator.
High concentration ratio and less prone to scaling: Compared with commonly used domestic rising film, falling film, and rising falling film evaporators, the WZ type belongs to the circulation type evaporator, with a high concentration ratio of the feed liquid and less prone to scaling inside the tube.
